Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. We can only accept payment online by credit card through google checkout however we now give 14 days credit to all customers allowing payment after recipt of goods by bank transfare, cheque, postal order or by credit card through google checkout, you can send a cheque please make it payable to ` StarLoc ` ,

RETURNS AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason ( not including made to order items ) within 7 days as per uk law, all items must be returned buyer to pay all postage costs.
Any deffective or incorectly supplied items returned within 7 days will be replaced for correct item or refunded as applicable, depending on customer requests and our findings of any investigation of any faults found. any claims for missing items / defective items must be with returned item, buyer to return item and pay return postage costs, we will refund return postage costs if item is found to be incorrect or deffective as well as replacing or refunding the item in question, no refunds will be made without return of item.
StarLoc returns policy abides by the "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" All shipping and handling costs to return, non-defective goods are to be paid by the customer.
